1. WHAT IS ULTHERA?

Ulthera is based on a unique technology - focused ultrasound that very precisely penetrates deeply, directly to the muscle fascia itself (SMAS). This layer was normally accessible only to the surgeon during the classic facelift until Ulthera appeared. What is treated with Ulther?

2. WHAT MAKES ULTHERA UNIQUE?

1. Visualization - constant ultrasound imaging that ensures the dermatologist to watch the layers of the skin all the time and safely deliver the selected energy to where it is needed and thus ensure a safe result. Exactly this type of skin imaging, ie. Deep see visualization makes ulthera unique compared to all its copies. Deep see visualization ensures accurate viewing of all skin layers at all times during the treatment. This means that with all other devices we arbitrarily estimate the thickness of the skin, and therefore we cannot accurately claim that we are in the right layer and that there is no waste of energy on other structures (bone, fat, blood vessels).

2. Penetration depth - by using adequate applicators that work at different depths (1.5, 3, 4, 5 mm), we adapt the procedure to individual needs, because the thickness of the skin is not the same for everyone. The goal of applying focused ultrasound at a depth of 4.5 mm allows us to reach a structure called the SMAS (part of the muscular system), which until now was only available within the scope of a real surgical lifting.

3. Continuous heating - continuous heating of the tissue at 60-70°C degrees ensures safe stimulation of collagen, firming and tightening of the skin, which is measured (compared) with surgical lifting. Bad, worn-out collagen is replaced by new, firmer collagen.
